The Raspberry Monkey

A cocktail by our friend Amanda @pinchpurrfect. This is a really fun tiki-based cocktail with raspberry syrup to give it a unique touch.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
• ¼ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
• 2 oz rum
• ¾ fresh lime juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice

Glass:

• rocks

Garnish:

• raspberry and mint
