Chai Tai

The quintessential tiki cocktail, the Mai Tai, gets an autumnal makeover with the perfectly complementary addition of chai spice. 

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Chai Spice Tea Syrup
• ¼ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
• 2 oz rum
• ¾ oz fresh lime juice
• ½ oz pineapple juice
• nutmeg garnish

Instructions:

• Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice
• Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over ice
• Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and a dehydrated lime wheel
