For the base of this seasonal syrup, we selected Ceylon black tea from Sri Lanka for its subtle honey and citrus notes that perfectly complement the rich and warming chai spice blend of allspice, ginger, and cardamom. The resulting syrup is incredibly versatile, and adds rich aromatic depth and complexity to a vast array of cocktails, teas, and coffee beverages of all kinds. We especially love it with aged rum, rye whiskey, gin, and in our morning latte.

Really enjoying the chai syrup both for cocktails and in my morning coffees! The Mai Tai recipe on the bottle is delicious as well!
I haven't had a chance to try the Chai syrup yet but looking forward to trying it. My go-to syrup is the Caramelized Fig, I absolutely love it. I have used it in a Manhattan, Old Fashioned as well as numerous martini's. One that I made last night was Orange Gin, orange juice, splash of lemonade and Caramelized Fig syrup. Shaken & served in a coup glass....delicious!

My wife loves chai lattes so I bought some of the "Limited Edition: Chai Spice Tea Syrup”. Using Liber & Co.’s recipe, I made her a Chai’rish Coffee. It’s a hit! The syrup is also great by itself in a cup of coffee. It adds an entirely new dimension to the taste.
Lovely chai flavor that I have been enjoying in cocktails and for making dirty chai lattes.
