Grapefruit Rickey

A delightful update to the classic, minimalist cocktail. Though a touch of sweetness is added from our Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial, the addition of fleur de sel tincture, keeps the savory quality the drink is known for. 

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
• 1½ oz gin
• 5-10 drops of fleur de sel tincture or a pinch of salt
• soda water

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients but water to a highball glass filled with ice
• Top with soda water and stir.

• Grapefruit wheel
