Milk Maid Cocktail
This tequila and coconut cocktail was created by Elizabeth Weiss at The Whistler bar in Chicago. The Milk Maid is a simple and elegant tropical sipper with a light, beach-y profile! It's refreshing and breezy, and we love it in the dog days of summer!
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
- ¼ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 2 oz blanco tequila
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass
- garnish with cucumber slices
