Orkney Chapel

A delicious scotch-based Manhattan riff from the Death & Co. cocktail book.

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• 2 oz scotch whisky
  
• ½ oz dry vermouth
  
• ¼ oz amontillado sherry
  
• ¼ oz orange liqueur (Grand Marnier recommended)

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice
  
• Stir for 20 seconds and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
