Pasión

Cocktail by @subtletiki. We mess around with highballs all year round, but especially in the summer months. This cocktail is a regular in the rotation. It features mezcal alongside Aperol, passionfruit syrup, and soda water. Super refreshing.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
• 1 oz mezcal
• ½ oz Aperol
• ¾ oz fresh lime juice
• 3 oz club soda

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients except the soda to shaker with ice
  
• Shake for 10 seconds
• Strain into Collins glass over large ice column
• Top with club soda
