A sweet and fruity sipper! Peach and Italicus are a match made in cocktail heaven!

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Yakima Valley Peach Syrup
• 1 ½ oz Italicus
• 2 oz prosecco
  
• 2 dashes grapefruit bitters
• 1 oz club soda

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a large wine glass
• Add ice and stir gently to combine
• Garnish with grapefruit peel and an edible flower
