Santa on the beach

Santa's drink of choice on vacation. Tiki gets winterized in this complex and delicious cocktail.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
• ½ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
• 1 ½ oz gin
• ½ oz absinthe
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled rocks glass
• Garnish with toasted coconut flakes
