A coconut syrup for all seasons and all spirits!
We knew this needed to excel in summery tropical cocktails, but we also wanted a coconut syrup with expanded utility and a unique flavor profile.
Our secret to achieving both? Our base of custom toasted coconut meat.
The medium toast level lends a light nuttiness and a deeper flavor not found in plain coconut - which helps it pair spectacularly with barrel-aged spirits. The combination of toasted coconut, cane sugar, cold-pressed lemon oil and a pinch of salt makes this syrup's luscious flavor distinctly delicious.

On the Luzon Island of the Philippines, farmers use a long hooked stick to cut down bunches of ripe coconut while leaving the immature ones to continue growing. These Laguna Tall variety of coconut are certified organic and fair trade.
This is a great syrup with lots of true flavor and none of the artificial off-taste sometimes found in coconut syrups and flavorings. I have also used this in my coffee and really enjoy the subtle tropical flavor it adds.
Incredible! We love the toasted coconut syrup. Very complex!!
I was never100% sold on using coco lopez for pina coladas, so when I had a chance to try the Toasted Coconut Syrup by Liber & Co I very was excited. Let's just say I wasn't disappointed and from now on I will be using the Toasted Coconut Syrup for all my Pina Colada recipes. It's another great Liber product for sure.
Great syrup. The toasted flavor really comes out, which gives your drinks a little more depth. Really enjoyable in a pina colada and other tiki drinks. The syrup will separate, but just run the bottle under some hot water and give it a shake.
This syrup is great in any tropical cocktail, and it’s also really good in a latte as well. Bonus points for versatility!
