Non-Alc The Perfect Paloma
A flavor explosion in this Paloma variation! A little acid from the grapefruit juice and lime balances the sweetness from the cordial and if you like salty with your sweet, kick up these flavor profiles with a salted rim on your glass. Made by our friend @zeroproofgirl
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
- 2 oz tequila alternative (Lyres Agave Reserva recommended)
- 1 ½ oz fresh grapefruit juice
- ¼ oz fresh lime juice
- club soda
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients, except club soda, to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a glass with ice and top with club soda
