The reddest and sweetest out there! Rio Reds are native to Texas's Rio Grande valley - where the subtropical climate helps the fruit develop a dark pink color and matchless flavor.
This is nicely concentrated and allows for just a small amount to really get that Paloma flavor going
This is another great cordial for mixing with sparkling water on ice, or hot tea this time of year!
I have bought so many bottles of ruby red grapefruit juice to make salty dog cocktails and they all fall a tad short. I had read so many wonderful reviews on the taste and quality of the Passion Fruit Syrup of this brand and when searching the website I saw the great reviews for the Red Grapefruit Cordial so decided to order it in addition to my passion fruit syrup. I am very pleased with both. I bought a passion fruit flavored vodka and for the first time ever I actually returned it to the liquor store it was so horrible tasting. This company is a win-win for me. I am very pleased with my Salty Dogs using this brand. And the Passion Fruit syrup is very authentic tasting.
The obvious application here is a Paloma or variant, but don't overlook the Deadpan Fix which has fast become a favorite drink for those who enjoy citrus and some heat (from the Fiery Ginger syrup).
Loved the Alpine High recipe on the Blood Orange Cordial. Fruity, herbaceous, and delicious.
