White Lotus

Cocktail by @proof.tv. Inspired by the hit HBO show White Lotus, this truly delightful cocktail offers all of the seductive, tropical appeal of the Piña Colada, along with the effervescence of the French 75-- the result is just about perfect! We think you'll agree that the White Lotus can be enjoyed at all times of the year, and for just about any occasion.

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
• 1 oz white rum
  
• 2 oz champagne
• ½ oz fresh lime juice
• ½ oz pineapple juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients except the champagne to cocktail shaker and shake
  
• Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass
• Top with 2 oz champagne

Glass:

• Nick and Nora

Garnish:

• lime wheel
