For those who find martinis overly dry, this variation incorporates a hint of grenadine to craft a smoother and well-balanced flavor profile.

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Real Grenadine
• 2 oz gin
• 1 oz dry vermouth
• barspoon absinthe

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
• Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass
