I loved this drink in which the agricole shined through and was supported by the balance of Lemon, Campari, and apricot brandy. I didn't have grapefruit bitters so I used about 1/8 oz. of fresh grapefruit juice and around 1/16 oz. course salt to stand in for the saline solution. The result was a well balanced cocktail in which the supporting ingredients worked well together and remained in the
background to produce a delicious, satisfying drink.
