Bitter Gin Fizz

A riff on the infamously laborious Ramos Gin Fizz cocktail. Campari and Pacific Strawberry Syrup give this cocktail a bittersweet twist that's hard not to love. Made by our friend @anushu802

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Pacific Strawberry Syrup
  • 1 ½ oz Gin
  • ½ oz Campari
  • ½ oz heavy cream
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • ¾ oz pasteurized egg white
  • 3 drops vanilla extract
  • club soda

Instructions:

  • Use an immersion blender to blend all ingredients minus the club soda in a shaker tin for a minute
  • Add ice and shake for 1 minute to chill
  • Strain into a collins glass and refrigerate for a minimum of 5 minutes
  • Make a hole in the center of the foam and slowly add club soda until the head rises
