Drops of Juniper
This recipe was made by @heavymuddle from Austin, Texas. In addition to a split gin base, a small measure of Batavia Arrack adds a little funk to the party alongside the tiki staples of lime, grapefruit, maraschino, and passionfruit. The bitters add some nice spice notes to help tie everything together.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
- 1 oz dry gin
- ½ oz gin
- ½ batavia arrack
- ¾ oz grapefruit
- ½ oz lime
- ½ oz maraschino liqueur
- 2 dashes agnostura bitters
- 2 dashes peychaud bitters
Instructions:
- Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled
- Strain over pebble ice and top with more pebble ice
- Grate cinnamon over top.
