Fig Blossom Collins

Dried fruit and floral honey make a slightly sweet and refreshing highball perfect for autumn!

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Caramelized Fig Syrup
• 1 ½ oz vodka
• ¼ oz honey syrup
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• 3 oz club soda

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
• Strain into a chilled highball glass with fresh ice
• Top with soda water
