Simply The Best!

In Sonoma California there is a fabulous resturant named, The Girl & The Fig. My favorit go to cocktail is a dark rum Manhattan. The cocktail at this resturant is made with your Carmaelized Fig Syrup. It was off the charts!
The waiter brought out their secret indgredient which makes this Manhatten special, I took a picture of the bottle and the rest is history... I am a devoted customer to your products...

I'm a Figgy Piggy, Oink Oink.

I took a chance on the Caramelized Fig Syrup - and I'm glad I did! It makes a great cocktail, whether you add to bourbon, or make a Manhattan with rye. Its deep, and rich, and it expands the flavor profile out from the liquor in a most unique, and satisfying way - not too sweet, not too bitter. When I bought this, I figured that I might use it here, or there and that it might last longer than the other mix/syrups that i purchased, but now, I think I will be enjoying it more often. My BF, who is not a major fig guy, felt like it tasted a bit like the dried fig paste that you get in a fig newton, vs a fresh fig (which is all together more nutty and mild). I agree, it has that same flavor note, but, without all the crunchy seeds that make a fig newton a unique cookie, it just imparts a dark luxuriant rich flavor that blends so well. Once you try this, you will come back for a second cocktail, and a third, and so on and so forth. Be a little figgy piggy like me, and try it, it's worth it.

BEST SYRUP OUT THERE

Had a cocktail at a restaurant that listed this ingredient as one of the items in their drink and of course had to go to the site and find it. DELICIOUS! This Caramelized Fig Syrup really elevated my smoked old fashioned. Amazing.
