Rusty Squirrel

We live Liber & Co fig syrup. So much flavor in a cocktail than fig flavored vodka. We concocted our cocktail—the Rusty Squirrel— based on a figgy Moscow mule.
The Rusty Squirrel 🐿️
3/4 oz. fig syrup
2 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. orange juice
3 oz. ginger beer
We love it and have serving it to our friends who also say they love it.

Really great syrups that have the flavor and texture to take my cocktails to the next level. Thanks!

Fig-a-licious

Caramelized Fig Syrup combined with Fiery Ginger Syrup and seltzer is a great winter non-alcoholic beverage.

Perfect your ‘perfect’ Manhattan recipe with the Fig treatment!

Absolutely delicious in the bottle-label recipe; make it with Rye to balance out some of that sweetness. I also prefer a more bitter vermouth too..
This drink made a Manhattan drinker out of my wife!

Great addition to the bar

We were in Colorado last summer when my wife got a fig Manhattan at a bar in Longmont. We didn’t get the recipe there, but some on-line research led us to Liber & Co. The drinks I have been making at home are at least as good, maybe better, than the ones in Colorado. I just reordered the Caramelized Fig Syrup (got the large size this time) and I am looking forward to many more great drinks.
