Sage Paloma

Sage lends a savory note and lemon provides a touch of brightness for a refined version of the grapefruit cocktail.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
• 1½ oz tequila
• ½ oz lemon juice
• 2 fresh sage leaves
• 2-3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
• soda water

Instructions:

• Add cordial, tequila, bitters, and sage to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
• Shake for five seconds and strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
• Top with soda water and stir.
