Nippon Daisy
A modern twist on the classic daisy, this cocktail pairs tequila with the bright citrus notes of Japanese Yuzu Syrup. Dry curaçao adds a delicious orange layer, while fresh lemon juice keeps it crisp and refreshing.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Japanese Yuzu Syrup
- 2 oz tequila
- ½ oz dry curaçao
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shaker for 10-15 seconds
- Strain into a chilled glass with ice
