Sweet Chai Of Mine
This elegant rum cocktail features an alluring combination of flavors. Burnt sugar from the demerara rum along with bright orange, exotic chai spice, and rich cocoa makes for a truly spectacular sipper.
Ingredients:
- ¼ oz Chai Spice Tea Syrup
- 2 oz demerara rum
- ¼ oz orange liqueur
- 2 dashes cocoa (chocolate) bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
- Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with cinnamon
