Coki Beach
A perfectly balanced daiquiri riff that combines baking spice and toasted coconut. This spec is slightly adapted from French Scott Marshall's Bacardi Legacy winning recipe.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
- 1 ½ oz aged rum (Bacardi 8 recommended)
- ¾ oz lime juice

¼ oz allspice dram
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe
