Visit from a Hummingbird
Made by our friends @jiggersandshakers who say "each sip entices you to take just one more and next thing you know, it's gone." This cocktail is smooth, balanced, and absolutely delicious.
Ingredients:
- ⅓ Toasted Coconut Syrup
- 2 oz aged rum
- ½ Amaretto
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ½ pineapple juice
- 1 egg white
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients in a shaker tin and dry shake for 10 seconds
- Add ice and shake again
- Strain into a glass with crushed ice
