Visit from a Hummingbird

Made by our friends @jiggersandshakers who say "each sip entices you to take just one more and next thing you know, it's gone." This cocktail is smooth, balanced, and absolutely delicious.

Ingredients:

• ⅓ Toasted Coconut Syrup
  
• 2 oz aged rum
• ½ Amaretto
• ¾ oz lime juice
• ½ pineapple juice
• 1 egg white

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients in a shaker tin and dry shake for 10 seconds 
• Add ice and shake again
• Strain into a glass with crushed ice 

Glass:

• goblet

Garnish:

• pineapple frond
• maraschino cherry
• flower
