A dual-rum cocktail that combines the best of both white and gold rums with bright pineapple and lime. Cinnamon spice and complex bitters elevate this tropical drink beyond the ordinary, creating a sophisticated island escape.

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Cinnamon Syrup
  • 1 oz white rum
  • 1 oz gold rum
  • ¾ oz pineapple juice
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • 1 dash aromatic bitters

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients, except Peychaud's bitters, to a shaker tin
  • Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled glass and top with Peychaud's bitters
