Angostura bitters are doing more work than usual here, adding baking spice underneath a mango-pineapple pairing that carries most of the sweetness. Blanco tequila keeps it savory, and lime adds the acid to hold it together.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz Alphonso Mango Syrup
  • 2 oz blanco tequila
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz pineapple juice
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled glass with ice
