Diplomat

A vibrant tequila cocktail that pairs floral elderflower with tropical passionfruit and citrus yuzu. Fresh lemon juice adds brightness to this balanced, fruit-forward drink.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Japanese Yuzu Syrup
  
• ¼ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
• 1 ½ oz blanco tequila
• ½ oz elderflower liqueur
• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker
• Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
• Strain into a glass with crushed ice
