Kochi Gimlet
A citrus-forward gimlet where gin meets Japanese Yuzu Syrup and fresh lime juice. It's a tasty combination that's both classic and distinctly modern.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Japanese Yuzu Syrup
- 2 oz gin
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
- Strain into a chilled glass
