Saisonnier : Cordial Citron Lavande
We start with lemons that are grown and harvested under the gentle California sun before being cold-processed for maximum vibrancy. We then add French lavender, which we selected for its elegant and subtly sweet aromatic profile. The result is a citrus cordial that is incredibly balanced and offers fantastic cocktail and culinary utility. We think you'll especially love it as an extraordinary addition to your favorite gin or vodka cocktails, along with an endless variety of teas and desserts.

California's Mediterranean climate produces vibrant, aromatic lemons that are harvested from late fall through early spring. Each fruit is hand-clipped at peak ripeness to preserve its essential oils and bright acidity.
In the rocky, sunny hills of Provence, French lavender reaches its aromatic pinnacle during the summer months. When about half of the flower spikes have opened, the lavender is harvested by hand in the cool morning hours. After gentle steam distillation extracts the lavender's complex floral essence, these two exceptional ingredients come together—bright, zesty California citrus perfectly balanced by the subtle, herbaceous notes of French lavender.
What is the shelf life of Lemon Lavender Cordial, and how long will it stay fresh after opening?
It has an 12-month shelf life. See the best buy date on the bottle for the most accurate expiration date.

What is the difference between a syrup and a cordial?

Enjoyed using the recipes, especially paired with gin.
This is my favorite, a really unique flavor. Try the Bee Sneeze!
Pretty solid syrup
Have the look, feel and most importantly taste of a well-made product with a good many potential uses. So far I have tried the honey ginger with scotch and the lemon lavender with vodka. Both very good. I tried drizzling the honey ginger on some orange cake and that was also very good. Great service and reasonable shipping costs too. I often don't order food products because of shipping costs in the teens.
The Lemon Lavender Cordial is amazingly refreshing. Perfect to pair with St. Germain and Prosecco, or even just in club soda
