Peachota

This could very well be your new go-to cocktail! Balanced, smooth reposado tequila, Yakima Valley Peach, bright, complex Aperol, and fresh citrus strike a beautiful balance. A small measure of allspice dram provides the perfect touch of warmth and depth.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Yakima Valley Peach Syrup
• 2 oz reposado tequila
• ¼ oz Aperol
• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
• barspoon Allspice Dram

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice
• Shake for 10 seconds and pour full contents into a rocks glass
• Top with crushed ice
