Sacred and Profane
This cocktail features the alluring combination of wonderfully complex Clément Blanc rum, toasted coconut, and Green Chartreuse. The results are spectacular! The classic combination of rum, coconut, and lime gets a subtle herbaceous lift from the Green Chartreuse that makes this cocktail uniquely captivating.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
- 2 oz Rhum Clément Agricole Blanc
- ¼ oz Green Chartreuse
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with a little bit of crushed ice
- Whip shake for 10 seconds and pour contents into a rocks glass
- Top with crushed ice
