Toasted coconut and rum take you directly to the tropics in this delicious sipper. If you like tiki you're gonna love this one! This cocktail was a finalist in our 2025 Liber Games.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
  • 1 ½ oz white rum
  • ½ oz Jamaican rum
  • ½ oz allspice dram
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • ¾ oz pomegranate juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice
  • Whip shake and pour into a glass
  • Top with crushed ice and garnish
