Sol Eterno

Sol Eterno or “eternal sun” in both Spanish and Portuguese is a nod to its split base of tequila and aged cachaça. Bolstered by three artisanal Liber & Co. syrups, this is an unrelentingly flavorful cocktail. Take a sip and slip into everlasting paradise. This cocktail was the grand prize winner of our 2025 Liber Games!

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
• ½ oz Pacific Strawberry Syrup
• ¼ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
• 1 ½ oz reposado tequila
• 1 ½ oz cachaça
• 1 ½ oz fresh lime juice
• 1 oz fresh orange juice
• 6 drops 20% saline solution

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with pebble ice
• Pour unstrained into a chilled glass
• Top with more pebble ice and garnish

• tiki or highball

Garnish:

• orange slice
• mint
