This cocktail leads with jammy sweetness of apricot liqueur and a foundation of white rum. The pineapple juice and floral notes of yuzu are balanced with fresh lime, delivering a tropical drink that is delicious at every occasion. From Kolomiiets Dmytro Mikhailovich.

Ingredients:

    • ½ oz Japanese Yuzu Syrup
    • 1 ½ oz white rum
    • ½ oz apricot liqueur
    • 1 oz pineapple juice
    • ½ oz fresh lime juice

    Instructions:

    • Add all ingredients to a shaker
    • Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
    • Strain into a chilled glass
