Yuzu Margarita

Trading traditional orange liqueur for the floral complexity of Japanese Yuzu Syrup, this vibrant profile is made to be paired with tequila. It's a simple but elevated riff on the classic margarita.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Japanese Yuzu Syrup
• 2 oz tequila
• ¾ oz fresh lime juice
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker
• Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
• Strain into a glass filled with ice
