Tiki Diablo

Taking 10th place in the 2026 Liber Games, this drink created by Raymond Fujioka is a tribute to the late Danny Gallardo, a legendary figure in the tiki renaissance. The syrups honor his roots in Oxnard and his love for the classics, specifically the Rum Ray’s Mistake. The resulting smoke and bitter depth serve as a homage to his Mexican heritage.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Pacific Strawberry Syrup
• ¼ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
• 1 ½ oz Coruba Dark Jamaican Rum
• ¾ oz Espada Pequeño mezcal
• ¾ oz Sfumato Amaro
• ¼ oz fresh lime juice
• 6 drops saline solution

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to shaker
• Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
• Strain in a glass with pebbled ice
