Golden Oni

A bright, gingery highball with yuzu and vodka. Fresh lime juice and wintermelon bitters add complexity to this simple build.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Japanese Yuzu Syrup
• 1 ½ oz vodka
• ½ oz fresh lime juice
• 2-3 dashes wintermelon bitters
• 2-3 oz ginger beer

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients, except ginger beer, to a shaker tin
• Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
• Strain into a glass with ice
  
• Top with ginger beer
