Yuzu Spritz
A light, aperitivo-style spritz where Japanese Yuzu Syrup and Italicus create floral citrus notes. Sparkling wine and club soda add effervescence for a refreshing, elegant drink.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Japanese Yuzu Syrup
- 1 ½ oz Italicus
- 2 oz sparkling wine
- club soda
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients, except club soda, to a glass with ice
- Stir to incorporate
- Top with club soda

- dehydrated lemon wheel
