#5
This is #5 from Trick Dog, the San Francisco bar known for numbering its drinks instead of naming them. Ancho Reyes brings dried-chile heat and dried-fruit sweetness that plays well against bourbon, and Angostura bitters give it real backbone. Mango syrup and lemon keep the whole thing balanced rather than heavy.
