Alligator Strawberry

Named after the Florida nickname for lychee, this Asian influenced cocktail has wonderful layers of flavor. Lychee and ginger make for a fruity and fiery mix. Made by our friends @junglehaus.cocktails

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
• 2 oz sochu
• ½ oz lychee
• 2 dashes black lemon bitters
• 1 dash aromatic bitters

Instructions:

• Add ingredients to mixing glass with ice and stir
• Strain into glass
