A refreshing tequila highball that combines smooth reposado with tart lime and real grenadine. Warm cinnamon spice and spicy ginger beer create a vibrant, effervescent cocktail with Mexican flair and just the right amount of kick.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ oz Cinnamon Syrup
  • ½ oz Real Grenadine
  • 1 ½ oz reposado tequila
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  • 2-3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • 3-4 oz ginger beer

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a Collins glass over ice, topping with ginger beer
  • Stir well to throughly combine and chill
