Bella Chai

This bright, elegant highball beautifully combines warm, complex chai tea with the subtle floral notes of bianco vermouth for a perfect take on the classic Americano.

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Chai Spice Tea Syrup
• ¾ oz Campari
• ¾ oz bianco vermouth
• 2 oz club soda

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients, except club soda, to a mixing glass with ice
• Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled Collins glass
• Top with Club Soda and garnish with an expressed lemon peel
