Black Magic

A riff on a "Stinger", this split-base rum and cognac cocktail gives a face-lift to an old-school tipple.  Perfect after dinner or with a hearty meal!

Ingredients:

  • barspoon Classic Gum Syrup
  • 1 oz cognac
  • 1 oz aged rum
  • ½ oz creme de menthe
  • barspoon fernet 

Instructions:

  • Add ingredients to shaker with ice
  • Shake and strain into coupe
  • Serve up
