Created by Matthew Tepfer, this cocktail placed 7th in the 2026 Liber Games and is a refined expression that bridges gin and tropical sweetness. It's layered with the warmth of cinnamon and the spice of allspice dram, while Angostura and Tiki bitters ground the drink in a sophisticated finish.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
- ¼ oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 2 oz London Dry GIn
- ¼ Allspice Dram
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- 2 dashes Bitterman's tiki bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
- Strain in a glass with crushed ice
