This cocktail placed 7th in the 2026 Liber Games and is a refined expression that bridges gin and the tropical tropical sweetness  It's layered with the warmth of cinnamon and the spice of allspice dram, while the Angostura and Tiki bitters ground the drink in a sophisticated finish.

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
  • ¼ oz Cinnamon Syrup
  • 2 oz London Dry GIn
  • ¼ Allspice Dram
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 dashes angostura bitters
  • 2 dashes Bitterman's tiki bitters

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to shaker
  • Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
  • Strain in a glass with crushed ice

Glass:

  • rocks

Garnish:

  • pineapple fronds
  • lime wheel
