Carolyn's Bay of Figs

This cocktail's flavor profile is a bit like a cold-weather appropriate rum and coke! Our friend Carolyn (@carolinaverbena) modified the original to create a version she loves even more.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Caramelized Fig Syrup
• 2 oz aged rum
• ½ oz lime juice
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters
• 3 oz light ginger beer

Instructions:

• Shake all ingredients except the ginger beer and strain into your glass over ice
• Top with ginger beer
