This garden-fresh riff on a classic bourbon sour swaps simple sugar for the vibrant, bittersweet depth of blood orange. Inspired by Food Network, it’s an earthy combination where the warmth of bourbon meets the natural sweetness of carrot juice. The fresh lemon keeps the finish crisp, resulting in a sophisticated cocktail that’s as vibrant in flavor as it is in color.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Blood Orange Cordial
  
• 2 oz bourbon
• 2 oz carrot juice
  
• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to shaker
• Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
• Strain in a glass
