Caught in the Rain
Think of this as a lighter, more crisp Piña Colada. Sweet and nutty toasted coconut adds complexity and mixes wonderfully with the bright citrus, pineapple, and gin. The result is both exotic and refreshing, with earthy undertones from the tea that ground the sweeter tropical elements.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz light rum
- 1 oz freshly brewed green tea
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
- ½ oz pineapple juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain in a glass over ice
