Chai Alexander

This decadent Brandy Alexander pairs the rich dried fruit character of cognac with the warm, complex chai spice profile. The results are spectacular! Enjoy after dinner or for a special occasion-- this is one to savor!

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Chai Spice Tea Syrup
• 1 ½ oz cognac
• ¾ oz creme de cacao
• 1 oz heavy cream

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled coupe glass
• Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg
