This tasty riff on the Cloud Forrest cocktail boasts a light and airy profile, enriched with creamy coconut and delicate hints of licorice. Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
  • 1 ½ oz vodka
  • ¾ oz coconut milk
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • 15 Thai basil leaves
  • ¼ tsp xanthan gum (optional)
  • 5 drops saline solution
  • ¾ cup ice

Instructions:
